Camilla Bødker - Nature within

‘Nature within’ / 40x40 cm / Solid Oak with regular glas, is treated bark paper that is braided.

It is 100% natural paper and can sprinkle a little in the frame. The paper is unique and handmade mulberry paper and it features a very rough surface. It is nature elements that are fixed in the paper. There are no colors added. The asymmetry in the artwork gives it the edge it needs, it’s absolutely perfect.

The price is incl. the box frame and the artwork 1/1.  The beautiful frames produced in Denmark. I think that is important. The light is solid oak and the dark is dark oak veneer. Some of them have museum glass, others have regular glass fitted.

The materials I use are in my artwork are organic recycled paper, Cotton paper, Bark paper, Carson French cardboard and then I try to use old scraps of quality paper, in order to use the least amount of resources.

My name is Camilla Bødker and I have a BA in graphic design from the design school.

I love the ’perfect - imperfect’. I love when the edges are a little crooked and you can see the ’recycling’ in the paper. For me, it creates a perfect connection, both visually and emotionally.
