SHIPPING WITHIN DENMARK
Standard shipping within Denmark is FREE from orders over 1000 DKK, under 999 shipping is 50DKK.
All shipments in Denmark are handled by DAO

All overseas and outside of EU are handled by UPS
We aim to ship out all orders on the same day, orders placed during weekends will be shipped on Tuesdays.
All orders are shipped with track and trace.
Delays may occur when shipping outside the EU due to customs expeditions. KLAY Copenhagen is not responsible for this delay.
KLAY Copenhagen has a 14-day returns policy from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice attached, within the 14 days upon receipt of the goods. In that case, the goods have to reach us within 30 days from the purchase. Include a copy of the invoice in the package. Notice the full return policy only applies to the webshop and not in the store. In the store you can return within 14 days to another product.
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. Products must not be damaged or broken, in this case the goods are not returnable.
Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to the credit card that the goods have been paid with. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped.
Remember to pack your ceramics safely before you shipping back the package.
KLAY Copenhagen will not cover the shipping costs for returned goods.
Our goods are insured during transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of your parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded.
In order for us to make the refund claim for your damaged parcel and content we ask you to send us pictures of both damaged content, all 6 sides of the box it came in as well as the packaging material. please send to email@example.com.
